Rents aren’t rising anywhere near the rate of repayments from interest rates
Most recent investors would be going backwards as they overpaid for assets with poor fundamentals and the kore they lose the more us taxpayers have to subside.
Then the more they jack rents the less disposable income the more unemployment rises and the more inflation rises due to rising rents… almost stagflation
