    So your mum and dad brought for $200,000 back in 1999 well interest rate were about 6% and falling to .01%, and don't forget inflation.

    WES which supplies a fair % to trades to maintain your parents house was $7.00 @ the start of 2000, so investing $200,000 would give you 28.500 shares approx. and are now worth $1,866,750, I have not considered rent nor have l considered divies.

    Perhaps its your mum and dad that aren't up to speed and past it on to you
