Foreclosures in commercial real estate in the USA going through the roof and accelerating.
Also credit card defaults are also going through the roof now and employees are being shed at accelerating rates.
The shot is hitting the fan - just lots of people are not aware of same. Maybe it's the pause of the pendulum they missed and for now the acceleration phase is yet to hit them unless they are one the sacked or one of the office building owners than can't pay their loan due to too many vacancies.
