I don’t believe that it is as high as 1 Million.
But nonetheless, I expect there are many.
So yeah a great idea to tax apartments owned by foreign entities and left vacant.
There are quite a few ways to tackle the homeless problem.
But everyone just focuses on private landlords.
As I said before, I just feel that this present and the previous bible bashing Morrison are not prepared to make this a priority.
Could discuss this all day but must get some jobs done.
In the 70’s I was very interested in self sufficiency, long story but practiced it for many years.
I thought then and still think today, that people will eventually drift back to a simpler way of life in the countryside.
Where they produce the majority of their own food. Cook their own food from scratch, you can save a fortune.
Build shelter (just drive around some of these display homes and see the waste of perfectly decent building materials in the skips.
A much healthier and less stressful life, who wants to live in a shoe box in a crowded city and pay a fortune in rent and for food.
We have recently sold our farm, so I know from experience that it is a fine way to live.
