    Hi Joannie, a lot of housing came from England in the 1950s/60, prefab of course and put together here, a lot of those houses where only 11 to 13 squares and were given to state government around the country to house people who work at government agencies, rent was minimal if not at all, but that was the deal and you had to look after the house or you would be kicked out & no job, so this ties the tenant to the job hence the tenant looks after the property.

    I think this could happen again with governments now wanting decentralization of capital cities. Sure not a quick fix but something to relieve some of the housing issue
