This is true, we have tenants who are paying less than they were 10 years ago. Sadly we are, as my husband says we are getting to the pointy end of life. So we have given them 10 months to find somewhere else, I still feel bad as they have been there so long.
Yeah Trent, troubles me. He/she needs someone to guide her/him. I feel sorry about this person. If they can only be the victim, they will never overcome their sorrows.
