    I agree. If the 'home' had not been monetised as an investment for we few lucky ones then the money would be going into real businesses that produce something for the economy.
    The over reaction by my fellow landlords is just the same boogie man rhetoric that was peddled against carbon reduction change or charges and electric vehicle growth.
    Both of which are happening now after a wasted decade of greed rules.
