OK my friend, from what you have written, unless I have you mixed up with someone else? You have great experience working with the big builders, Summit etc. Most posters on here do not have a clue!
Yeah it is not just land and transportable homes which I was discussing last night. You are absolutely correct. If the government ever decided to build affordable public housing, which I doubt. On top of this are the services, drainage, power, water which costs a bomb.Oops don’t forget insurance which has increased over 16.4% this year. Oh yes and the landlords are also responsible for the rates as well.
And of course the government are not interested in building public housing.
We are going round and round in circles and getting nowhere. The average uneducated person just points the finger at the GREEDY LANDLORDS. This is quite funny, because they do not understand, why the government have given tax breaks to investors. A lot of pretty dim people on this thread.
You are ok, you are smart and understand what the hell is going on. Unlike many others who are just envious and have not made any effort to buy their own home. Now they are blaming everyone else. It is not rocket science, it is purely common sense.
