Have you ever thought about more than whats in it for you, ie what sort of society you want to live in?
Levels of home ownership are dropping in Australia, more wealth is being concentrated in the hands of less people, this is like the old class system of England we are going back to where if your parents dont hold property you will always be a battler.
Australia like countries like America had broken away from this where home ownership was a part of the Aussie dream, this dream is dying
At this rate in 20 years the corporates will then move into property and before you know it they will be running the property market aswell, or the young are gonna come and start stealing from you etc
Either way the overall outcome for society i think is poor and outcomes going backwards it feels
You may find many people who dont like the way things are may even have more wealth accumulated than you, they dont need more wealth but would prefer a better society.
Mt guess is you dont think about these type of things, just as long as youre alright jack hey?
