i worked hard to buy an investment property, i don't feel sorry for renters one bit. They destroyed my property to the value of $20k worth of damages, punched walls, smashed kitchen and 4 months of rent - just disappeared.
so, NO pity for Renters, pay and shutup!!! and with all the BS in Victoria, I will not be buying anything very soon, actually selling it.
