Bloody right UT. The landlords are getting very disillusioned. Costs have gone through the roof. Although rents have increased, it goes nowhere near covering all these increases costs.
I really dread to see all the homeless people in the next few years. It is a tragedy.
And for the record, the more you insult landlords, the faster they will sell up. 5.10% on bank deposits and rising imo, looks a lot more attractive than being labelled a scab landlord. Many of you will regret posting all this nonsense on this thread. When you are in your car or tent. What an awful situation!
