No they don't self appraisal is no recommendation especially coming from a RE Agent who couldn't tell the truth if their life depended on it. You're so caught up in lies and deceit on a daily basis it's now part of your make up, your DNA. RE Agents adopt a personality to deceive and survive in a filthy industry and there's no going back, they believe their own lies in the end.
