    Once again bluebells, there are and always have been a huge number of people who for many reasons, will always remain tenants.
    If the majority of landlords do sell up, these people will be homeless. For some strange reason, you cannot understand this simple fact.
    Once again, I will repeat that the reason tax incentives are given to investors is because the government have little taste for providing public housing.
    Additionally they will get a lot returned, when the properties become positively geared.
    Also when they are sold.
    Also they will not have to pay the age pension and other associated benefits to self funded retirees.
    You obviously have a poor understanding of basic economics.
