You appear to be unaware of how quickly the supply of tenants able to pay the rent you want can disappear. The demand for property may well be there but they can no longer pay a rent that legitimises current prices when their jobs disappear. AI is coming to tkae away 100's of thousands of female office jobs and restaurant and coffee shop jobs and retail jobs are already disappearing. Takes very little to turn this into an avalanche that builds on itself.

Why is AI coming to just take 100s of thousands of female jobs. You seem to have an issue with women, why would they be more affected?
