I have a great life fishing and womanising as I please. My returns so far ahead of property returns after tax that it would make your head spin.

You know it which is why you followed me to AW1. TTT taunts you almost daily with 50% gains from my buy in price. DAILY - NOT DECADELY.

Admitting your folly is another matter of course - part of your problem.
