Two income families may not be so common when the jobs on offer are fixing sewerage and or garbage disposal or brickies labourer. Note those are higher paid then many cushy jobs but still shirked by woman despite their complaints about equal pay.

Women will take the easy option and find a sugar daddy or beta sucker and 2 incomes will be less common. THAT has implications for property prices down the line.

Yes if house holds trend towards 1 income then prices will ultimately level out to that household income level.
