The pot of gold for residential investment has always been about the Capital Gains after you held it for 5 to 10 years.

Everyone have their own investment strategy. And everyone have their own budget (after discussion with their bank/s).

Some people invest in crypto. Some invest in shares. Some invest in options, warrants and FX. And some invest in properties.

And some trade in penny stocks - like you guys, who doesn't earn enough to be able to buy a home.
