    Hi UT

I believe that we have moved to a new phase of affordability for tenants leaving many with no choices

*Not only have some landlords increased rents to a obscene levels,
*there is the Airbnb group, who have removed rentals from the "normal" market,
*some states have put ridiculous rental regulations in place making owning a rental property undesirable due to the increased risk and general increased problems,
*the effects of the increased migrant problems have been sanitized and keep under the rug as it is obvious the increased millions have to be living somewhere and governments do not have accommodation so all those people are using some of the previous rental availability

There is only one certainty and that is with governments not wanting to do anything to fix the problem it will get worse as we just have to have a mild credit squeeze and then everything will then hit the fan
