Good tenants can't pay the rent of they lose their job and lots of others are losing their jobs at the same time.
My assurance comes from eternal vigilance. I work every day even if on some days that requires very little.
TTT had already crashed 98% when I bought them and most stocks like it fail. My job is to find the small % that do well. In its case Boeing and Airbus being customers looking to upscale their product use of TTT's tech was the trigger for me to buy and take the risk on. As I said I don't buy dear stocks.
Buying dear is foolish. Does not matter what the product is.
Yes, the general stock market may crash but not due to stock speculation - property stupidity at all levels is the normal cause. Suggest The Big Short be watched to see what I mean by 'all levels'.
