rent bring only $40k....

that's not include agents fee , council rates , water usage and repairs.........

im making a lost......

who im going leech off??? the banks...??

im down like $30k every year....

why you hate landlord?? we losing money..

before covid we making good money but now we broke and banks are forcing us to sell or re-mortage...

if you want to blame.. go blame banks and governments stop picking on us.. we dont own houses... the bank do...
