The renters on here always remind me of the kids that spent all their lunch money at morning recess, then bitch to everybody coz got nothing for lunch. Investing in shares or property for most average people is about making short term sacrifices for the long term gain. Property and shares go in cycles, before Covid Perth real estate and rentals were struggling so no new cars or holidays for investors. Now rentals are off the scale and properties sell within days. The other thing I find amusing on here is you have access to a wealth of property investor knowledge and most here are willing to discuss different strategies. No lets just trash talk and hound the investors off and listen to the failed, bitter old and young losers. The best thing you can do for the poor is not become one of them.
