Why is it that the media plasters the class action against Rio...

Why is it that the media plasters the class action against Rio in the USA all over the place and yet the recent Landowner meetings held thurs fri and sat last week have had no coverage??
I cannot find any info on the outcomes of the meeting, their agenda and responses... NOTHING!!!
Makes me think there is something to hide... I mean isn't this big news??? Former combatants shaking hands and meeting in an open forum to open dialog on mining and minerals issues etc.
I mean, Panguna is only one of the biggest copper mines in the world and the outcomes of that meeting have a huge directional guide to possible opening or permanent close on Panguna.
I believe president Momis was supposed to be in attendance.. to be confirmed.
I am starting to think that the secrecy is a good thing as the previous openness has all been a charade, especially under the Somare Government.
The meeting, over 3 days was held only a matter of a few kilometers from Panguna..
Was it a closed door discussion?? If not why is there not even one sentence informing us of any outcome??
I smell a rat... and it is a BIG one!
