Who is going to pay for the remediation costs to restore the environment for the locals and the startup costs for the miner developer will be very hefty. Years away imho. What about the split of royalties between The Independent Bougainville Govt and Central Govt. Was a festering sore last time what is different now. I think ChartTraders estimate of $400- $600million may be too low.
