I recommend you read Ricketsons text on the topic if its still in print.
You really need to understand the Law to explain why confidential matters are just that.
Your not a land owner, nor are you a company representative or a State official.
The relevant information you see, as opposed to any other matters, is not released into the public domain at this stage, if it exists at all.
There is no right preserved under any past agreement as any such 'rights' and interests', as you probably well know, were extinguished by application to the Supreme Court by the Liquidator.
I understand there is a (proposed) future interest to be created once a land owner agreement is sorted between the identified land owners, the company and the state.
But I can't see why you would have any interest in this.
Apparently no such agreement has not been reached as yet.
I thought all of this was clear to all of us here.
