Who is "nectar" in this picture.
He/she seems to only be assuming that a certain state of fact exists.
How or why should his/her quote be regarded as a 'fact'.
It is no more probative of the fact to which it deposes to than your comments.
As far as I am concerned (and from what I can see) the company has not made any such statement.
As I have said on a number of occasions, to the best of my understanding there is no such agreement in place between the landowners and the company and the state so why would one look outside this fact.
