I wouldn't even take notice of the Major Holders.

Baker Steel is shown as the top holder with 10.99%, but they haven't provided any change in substantial holding since 22/5/12 when they had 10.2% - how many cap raises have there been since then - dilution? They haven't said they have participated.

Also with regards to nectar's comments - "One question, now that IDC has given the Mt Kare landowners 82million of almost 20% of IDC in escrow for 12-24 months surely they will be on our side and a lot of the historical conflict is now behind us" - I think he was referring to these.....

APPENDIX 3B QUOTATION OF SECURITIES
Attached is an Appendix 3B for the application for quotation of the securities that were released from escrow on 9 December 2012. On 5 December 2012 Indochine made an announcement in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A concerning the release from escrow of 81,976,476 fully paid ordinary shares classified by ASX as restricted securities (released on 9 December 2012). As required by Listing Rule
2.8.2, Indochine Mining Limited now applies for quotation of these 81,976,476 shares. This will maintain the total number of ordinary shares on issue at 722,483,322.

Now the 2011 AR adsvised there were 81,976,476 shares held in escrow by *******1,303 holders*******. Are they the landowners?

The issued capital of Indochine is 491,333,324 million shares, comprised of 409,356,848 ordinary fully paid shares (quoted, including 68 million shares under voluntary escrow) and 81,976,476 ordinary fully paid shares (not quoted, under escrow).

The 68mil quoted shares issued to Summit were noted to be in "voluntary escrow" - can't find when they were released, but seems like they have sold at least part.
