Equity participation is not free carried for anyone.
I understand the company will negotiate a position with the land owners and the State of PNG at a time in the future and once a LO study is complete, and, a mining lease has been applied for.
LO benifits will, in all likelyhood, ride on te coat tails of production.
I don't know why this has gone over peoples heads because IDC has been talking about this for two years.
