There is some thing more that you failed to report below.
It is important and relates to the legal relations of te parties.
This related to a shouting match at the Wentworth Hotel in Sydney between Mr Thomas of KNC and Otr.
That situation arose from the conduct of an officer of Kingsgate other than Messrs Thomas or Promnitz.
I must say that I was also confused and initially angered by that turnaround.
I understand that Kingsgate tried to re-negotiate the S&P/JV agreement, IDC got caught in the middle, and the rest is history.
For your information I woud generally be in your camp on this one, with the usual caveats.
