Is it not the case that the land owners at Mt Kare are yet to sign off on any agreement with the company?
That being the case how can you refer to an agreement which does not yet exist?
The information you seek is, I would have thought, strictly speaking, the property of the relevant Mt Kare Land Owners, and the Company, and the State.

Was it not the case that all pre-existing agreements between land owners and the tenement holder were extinguished by Order of the Supreme Court?
I do believe that is on the public record.
