Don't lose faith SJD. IMO they are pursuing a very clear uncomplicated business model that has a long history of success in the US. It is a repeatable formula for creating shareholder value (essentially an oil and gas real estate play). The market for buying and selling acreage in the US is extremely liquid and easy to deal into when the time is right. There was US$8.0bn in acquisitions in 2016/2017 in the STACK/SCOOP at an average of US$16,000 per Undeveloped Acre. This was when WTI was sub US$50. More and better IP’s across the plays continue to be reported, EUR’s are being revised up and operators are having success with density pilots.
