MW buying doesnt explain how they will fund themselves.
he's been adding to his position for a while, but eventually they need coin.
how do they fund their share of well no.2 on each of the blocks?
cant imagine the bigger stake holders not developing out the block.
Cash flow is their game.
Brks concept of acreage appreciation is fine, but they need to cash flow in the meantime.
Are all these other percent holders playing BRKS acreage appreciation model ?
or are they just developing the acreage in due course.
how does brk fund the pro rata costs of drilling out the block?
the model starts to break down if they go that path. = dilution
