They can sell whenever they like (the market for buying and selling acreage in the US is extremely liquid and easy to deal into when the time is right. There was US$8Billion in acquisitions in 2016/2017 in the STACK/SCOOP). Hopefully they wait until the price per acre being paid is close to the NPV per acre (north of US$50,000 per acre). Higher WTI means higher NPV per acre
In the meantime they need capital for funding the initial well in a block (covered by the Drilling JV) and for buying more leases (covered by the Anadarko Leasing Facility). This info has all been announced and included in presos'.
Agree more promo wouldn't hurt. Think this might not be far away
