Check Section 7 of the Prospectus "Material Contracts" this is the first time this information has been made public. NMS defaulted on contract payments due to vendors well before 20 October. If they say they didn't know about the problems before the 20 Oct presentation then it only confirms my belief in their capability. The Chairman and fellow directors surely cannot survive. Why did the CFO resign when he did ?

I have confidence in the new management team going forward and have the same belief as yourself in the opportunities this company presents to the astute investor but I have absolutely no confidence in the chairman.
