NavyGulf - I appreciate your perspective and the comments you have made regarding NMS over a long period of time but I don't agree with one part of what you have said. I think you are trying to be too nice.

CL was in charge at the time and is responsible, along with the board, for mismanaging the company. Within the company it would not have been difficult to forecast the large payments the company was due to make and that the company was going to run out of money.
I hope the new board improves by making better announcements.
