Madcabbie - Why do you think "the major acquisition phase is over"?
The presentation accompanying the interview leads with:
"To establish Neptune Marine Services as a whole-of-life-cycle oilfield services company with the global capability to rival the service industry’s established multinationals."
While we want and are achieving terrific organic growth, that won't rival "the established multinationals" any time soon. They are huge and that is what NMS plans to become. They currently employ 600, but they plan to employ thousands - no doubt about it.
Their integrated services is a great idea bearing fruit and in the coming phases where they take on more and more work, the value of Nepsys expands exponentially.
It is cheaper both in its own terms and in terms of less down-time for the client and that is an edge that cannot be replicated by competitors without Nepsys.
For acquisition targets, who would you rather be joining? When and who is the question, not whether.
