Just putting my PE hat on for a second. If I was to be a cornerstone investor, I would make it an absolute that part of contractual terms would be the make up of management. Given the track record and dysfunction of NMS, I would not be inspired to contribute.

An interesting point to add is that CL rarely purchased shares on market.

If CL is unable to let go of NMS, as some posters are suggesting, he would be well aware that he is being scrutinised very closely now. Infact with the recent administrative mistakes being made, couple with smelly non-disclosures, and arrogant, abrupt ASX responses, I have absolutely no doubt that ASX are also watching the scenario unfold also, along with ASIC.

Someone earlier said they would take 20c for the lot. I doubt that most holders would be happy with that.
