Above link has some reports and in one of them it talks about the historical average premium/discount.
One stand out which has really swung from premium to discount is Milton Corporation (MLT) they are sitting on approx 9-11% discount to NTA. Note this LIC has a heavier weighting towards financial stocks.
I only hold to stocks and they are AFI and MLT
I personally don't mind them staying at a discount to NTA, because i purchase the stocks for an income stream
