    September is supposed to be the time for a strategic update.

    If no new macro plans are tabled and only micro pre-clinical and very early stage stuff, it will just start to look like a way to drag things out and preserve the income stream of management. $80m of burn will give them a good 4 years or so of nothingness to work on.
