I'm not sure a capital raising would even be needed for Biota to develop LANI. They have received funding from governments in the past and the Relenza royalties over the near should be enough.
Despite that, perhaps a capital raising is a good idea and then perhaps a NASDAQ listing would make sense.
I can't recall the patent expiry for LANI, does anyone know?
