Biota aren't in the business of clinical trials, just as they aren't in the business of manufacturing, marketing and distribution. They are a drug development company.

Drug development is a blanket term used to define the entire process of bringing a new drug or device to the Market. It includes Drug discovery / product development, pre-clinical research (microorganisms/animals) and Clinical trials (on humans).

Biota are in the business of drug development, yet we're not seeing any action. You may prefer to read simplistic posts which say Biota will be $4 by the end of October, but I recommend you have at least a basic understanding of an industry if you want to invest in it.
