Hi Jojo
I wonder what's the best way to raise a motion at the AGM, what should I ask and when should I do it. I basically want the floor to vote on a motion to list on the Nasdaq, after all that's what shareholder meetings are all about.
Should I prepare a mini speech beforehand or simply request the chair that a motion be put forward?
