Hi Portable,

I am not sure what the best approach is to get a vote on the AGM on a NASDAQ listing.

The best person to ask would be thunderbird with his background, maybe he can give some advise from pervious experience.

You may have to the motion on the agenda before the AGM starts and it would not hurt either to give a small speech of the pro's of having Biota listed on the NASDAQ to get the most possible votes at the meeting.

Lets see if Thunderbird can give some more info about the right way of doing this proper and orderly manner.
