    Is it just a coincidence the the number of shares shorted in almost exactly the same as the fee 5,900,000 shares paid to Landstead Capital.

    Just a theory, maybe some with say a conspiracy or just a coincidence..........the requirement not to sell for two years might not apply to the shares paid as a fee?
