I prefer to read between the lines on this one and actually go with what the rett's community think about trof, instead of a market analysis on what you could and what you could not charge. The fact remains before the ACADIA agreement this was sitting at $3.. with P2 trials on hand.

Trof is basically the one they are all waiting on to get passed the P3 results so they can finally have some sort of medicine to help alleviate and improve their quality of life. Trof is backed by the retts community, retts.org is organising the transportation and other aspects of the stay during the trial. Reading anecdotal accounts, especially that blog "texas trial" puts no doubt in my mind. The mother was both "happy and jealous" that others could participate in the trial and her child could not, and she would have to wait a while to see her child "talk again"...
