I think he will be looking to drop some good news to distract from the obvious issues with the SP and consolidation/sophisticated investor failure.
I hope the break of support at $1.10 was just a shake out and we are headed for some recovery. But I won't hold my breath. The recent rally could be speculation on your very point above.
