May relate to asic rules, they are being very cautious in order to meet requirements (following AJQ issues for SB).
Also they are ramping up to recommence lower cost production at Big Reef, so sophisticated investors may get first pickings (often at a discounted price to all us pleb retail bottom of food chain unsecured mum and dad investors).
Might lead to another dilutive cap raise, we shall see. Selling Clara might have raised enough capital. They may not want to annoy Collins St too much with further dilution.
