It is correct Rameez, however in saying that, there were some changes in macroeconomics, bauxite's price, hence the company had to shift and adjust accordingly. And yes, my main reason in investing in ORD back in 2007 was in fact Laos. I will be pleased with almost anything that we get for Laos, as it is very hard to sell based on: bauxite's price, it's position, major investment needed and all the infrastructure to be build.
And therefore, I think the Plutonic is a no brainer, as it is in well advanced status. As Wilson! said unless they stuff it up, ORD is finally looking pretty damn good.
