Sellers may be jumping a little too soon IMO. From today's announcement:
"Progress is being made regarding the second tenement in Laos called Yuqida which is not far from LSI’s tenement. SARCO is expecting the transfer of a 35% interest in Yuqida in the near future. ORD will update the market once the transfer has been finalized."
