Double D it isn't that bad really. Rox Resources jumped into their jv for lead in laos in 2005. (Similarly with Argonaut in Laos). Rox have been busily drilling away and trying to prove up a project. Good luck to them. They are in some of the most difficult drilling country imaginable and they are having a go at it. ( at least they don't have unexploded bombs to worry about) Its been 2 years since they started and they are yet to receive Foreign Investment approval from the Lao government but given that they have shown a committment to the country, the local cadres will imho most likely award them with a licence. ok it takes time and foreigners have to earn their stripes over a long time but as we have seen with oxr and pna, it can be done. cheers omg
