In a funny way, that dubious decision re: torrens will now move away from the expectation of that one play being the be all and end all for this company.
It should allow the SP to appreciate based on these other viable projects and provide a more solid base to the company rather than waiting on bureacrats and lawyers to move the price forward, as that's never a good thing for a publicly listed company.
This way ARE goes forward as an exploration company and the results that are derived will be based on real business not litigation.
Should the decision to drill torrens be overturned then that'll be an added bonud to the other main areas of exploration and devpt.
You have to give the ARE boys one thing, they are good at tying up deals in their favour.
